Version 3.0 highlights
Rewrite, shorten, adjust tone, summarize, or explain selected text with an on-device review flow before anything changes.
The toolbar now defaults to a right-side rail and can move to the right, left, top, or bottom edge from View > Toolbar Edge.
Unsaved tabs now show asterisks, and Window > Set Window Size... adds direct width and height controls.
OnEdit turns Mermaid fences into local diagrams inside Preview. Copy Image or Save PNG directly from the preview card, while fenced code blocks render more faithfully across the rest of the document.
OnEdit adds SQL syntax highlighting and file associations, so database files open in the right mode immediately. External opens also prefer the active window when possible, which keeps multi-window setups tighter and easier to manage.

OnEdit keeps editing, preview, and file-open behavior consistent while staying focused on local workflows. The result is a macOS editor that feels predictable across windows, opens the right files in the right context, and keeps your work on-device.
