By using OnEdit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License
OnEdit grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms.
2. Paid App Distribution
OnEdit is distributed as a paid app through the Mac App Store. Payments, refunds, and account access are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to permit others to, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make it available to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
4. Modifications to Application
OnEdit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
5. Disclaimer
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Please back up your files before editing or use a copy. We are not responsible for any file loss or damage.
